FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

  • Where can I find details on pricing?

    • Click "Book Now" for more details on charter pricing. Don't worry, you wont be charged by simply perusing!

  • How do I check availability for a specific date?

    • Real time availability is provided directly through our website! Click "book now" and use the calendar to select the desired date, there you will see our remaining available times for that day.

  • Why am I unable to select a specific charter duration on the weekends?

    • We updated our weekend scheduling to better accommodate our guests and to ensure we maximize our availability for our customers on the weekends when we are busiest. Our solution was to provide specific departure times and durations to keep the schedule consistent and maximize our time on the water while providing durations that most groups prefer. The charter durations you see available for each time slot is what is available, no adjustments can be made. This is because by selecting more time, you are actually reserving the next available time slot and therefore need to book the minimum duration for that departure time. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause but we believe this is the best solution for our customers and our team.

  • Are dogs allowed?

    • We have furry friends of our own, so we know how important it is to bring them everywhere. Unfortunately, due to guests with allergies, dogs are welcome on private charters only. A maximum of two dogs are allowed on a Private Charter, make sure to call and let us know so our crew is aware that there will be dogs on board.

  • Can our group be picked up somewhere else in town?

    • For safety and insurance purposes, we must pick up and drop off at our dock. We are centrally located and there is ample parking.

  • Can we bring glass?

    • Not a problem, the boat is enclosed so glass doesn't pose as big of an issue. We just ask that you exercise caution with all of your drinks and food so our crew doesn't end up with a huge mess to clean before the next charter.

  • Are we required to wear life jackets?

    • Anyone over 6 years of age is not required to wear a life jacket. We have life jackets available if you would like to wear one. For sizing and sanitation concerns, you are responsible to bring a life jacket for kids under 30lbs. Federal law requires children under 6 years of age to wear a CG approved life jacket while on board.

  • Are Captains available for a standard pontoon boat rental?

    • Our pontoon rentals are dedicated solely for those who do not require a captain. If you would like a captained charter please visit the Private Charter page.
